Since announcing my full-time transition to real estate investing, I've had great conversations with many of you about what I'm building at Cornerstone.

What I hope is clear, is that this is not a solo journey. I've intentionally surrounded myself with experienced mentors and proven operators who I partner with on every deal - all of whom share my conservative approach and commitment to investor-first values.

This means strategic partnerships with high-quality operators, disciplined underwriting through data-driven assumptions, and a relentless focus on protecting investor capital while delivering strong, passive returns.

And we're putting this philosophy into action right now!

We are under contract and have completed the majority of our due diligence on a 31-unit multifamily property in the Dallas area that aligns perfectly with our investment criteria.

The property is in an excellent location, and here's the best part - we're purchasing at an unbelievably low cost per door! I'm currently putting the finishing touches on the investment presentation and getting the investor portal ready.

Market Update

Q1 2025 data show CRE transaction volume fell ~20% year-over-year, but activity is stabilizing - suggesting the sector may have bottomed. Multifamily pricing was up +3.9% YoY, retail rose +5.2%, and office rose +3.5%. Investors tracking valuation-based opportunities should find this environment favorable. Read more.
