Over the past month, we completed due diligence on The Legacy Apartment opportunity, are moving confidently towards closing, and will be finalizing our investor group soon, as we prepare for the acquisition.

Thanks to those of you who have already funded your investment - I’m excited to have you as partners in this deal!

At the same time, I've been building relationships with other experienced operators here in Texas and beyond. These conversations are paving the way for strategic partnerships that will expand our deal flow and allow me to continue bringing you conservative, high-quality investment opportunities.

I also had the opportunity to attend the ASPIRE business conference here in Frisco, where I heard from successful entrepreneurs and investors like Grant Cardone, Kevin O'Leary, and Jesse Itzler. It was an energizing reminder of the importance of thinking bigger and surrounding yourself with the right people.

Market Update

The Dallas-Fort Worth market is on track to add nearly 29,000 new apartments in 2025, second only to New York City nationwide.

For investors, that's not just a number - it's validation. It means institutional capital has already run the numbers and sees long-term value in this market. They're betting on continued job growth, a young and mobile renter base, a business-friendly environment, and steady rental demand even as new supply comes online.

We see it the same way. As responsible investors, we don't chase headlines - we follow data and fundamentals. Right now, DFW is checking all the right boxes: strong demand drivers, economic resilience, and long-term growth fundamentals that make this one of the most compelling markets in the country.
