We continue to actively evaluate multifamily opportunities here in the DFW market. After walking away from a previous deal due to concerns uncovered in due diligence, our team has remained focused and selective in our search.

We recently submitted an offer on a promising asset that aligns well with our investment criteria—and we’re currently waiting to hear back from the seller.

As always, our focus remains on finding stable, cash-flowing properties with upside potential—while never compromising on transparency or conservative underwriting.
