February has been another month of actively analyzing multifamily deals and talking with brokers in the DFW market, looking for strong value-add opportunities that align with our conservative investment approach.

As we continue to navigate shifting market conditions and increasing competition, we’re also expanding our scope and exploring triple-net (NNN) lease multi-tenant properties, which offer stable, long-term cash flow with lower management intensity.

Our goal remains the same—finding high-quality assets that generate passive income, tax advantages, and long-term wealth for our investors.
