Cornerstone 2024 Highlights
2024 has been a transformative year for my real estate investing journey.
In January, I launched Cornerstone Commercial Investment Group, with the mission of helping busy professionals access exclusive passive investment opportunities in multifamily real estate, so they can build wealth completely hands-free.
This year, I was fortunate to be involved in two multifamily acquisitions, creating high-quality opportunities for our investors to diversify and grow their portfolios:
McNeil Star Apartments - 32 units | Dallas, TX | Acquired in September 2024
Brentlinger Park - 113 units | Louisville, KY | Acquired in December 2024
Through networking events, mastermind groups, and stepping out of my comfort zone, I’ve connected with incredible individuals who have opened doors I never imagined, including new business partnerships.

Business Update
I’m thrilled to share that we recently closed on Brentlinger Park, a premier Class A multifamily property in Louisville, KY. This acquisition represents an exciting opportunity to deliver strong returns to our investors while expanding our portfolio.
As we look ahead to the new year, we’re turning our focus back to our local market in search of our next opportunity. Our goal is to identify another Class B, value-add multifamily property in the thriving Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area.
Market Update
For business owners and investors following regulatory changes, the BOI (Beneficial Ownership Information) reporting requirement has been a hot topic. Introduced under the Corporate Transparency Act to mandate small businesses to disclose ownership details, it faced significant constitutional challenges and was recently halted by the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. While this decision impacts millions of small businesses, the case remains under review, leaving the future of the requirement uncertain. Read more.
