While the Cedarwood Apartments deal didn’t come to fruition, we’ve successfully joined a new opportunity—McNeil Star Apartments.

This is a 32-unit, Class B property located in the thriving Dallas market.

The acquisition was completed on September 20, 2024—our Cornerstone investor group was able to join post-close, and we’re well-positioned for strong returns ahead!

Deal Highlights:

- Acquired off-market at $63K/door (market average is $97K/door)

- Fast growing area in Dallas, TX

- Value-add opportunity with significant operational upside

- Agency debt with favorable terms
