Our latest investment, McNeil Star Apartments, is off to a fantastic start, and our team is working diligently on the next opportunity.

In October, I joined forces in another capacity with my mentor and partner, Jonathan Wei, as the new Head of Acquisitions for Greystone Capital Group. Jonathan, the Founder & CEO of Greystone, has been investing in commercial real estate full-time since 2018, delivering impressive results for his investors.

In my new role, I’m dedicated to identifying and evaluating potential deals, working closely with Jonathan to bring value-driven investment opportunities to our investors.

The housing market is shifting. Baby boomers are expected to increase home supply as they sell, while mortgage rates may drop by 2025, improving affordability.
