Acquisitions Update

The latest focus has been on continuing to build new relationships with Brokers, Lenders, Property Managers, etc. in our target markets. As my Senior Advisor, Michael Blank, says, “Your success as an apartment building investor depends on the strength of your team.”

In March, we reviewed and analyzed 10 multifamily investment deals. Although no offers were extended on these deals, our underwriting process is becoming stronger, as we strive to become more knowledgeable of our target markets.

Market Update

As more multifamily operators are struggling with mismanaged properties and detrimental floating rate debt, we see an opportunity to acquire and improve these assets. We are actively underwriting deals, interviewing property managers, and meeting Brokers in our target markets to prepare for the anticipated influx of deal flow.
